Channels
Kommo connects official business messengers, Instagram and Telegram bots, but not personal Telegram accounts. In Cicada you connect the account your clients already write to, and you can write to them first.
AI
Both have AI agents and a deal pipeline. In Cicada the agent can also answer with a voice, and you try it in a sandbox before any client sees it.

Yes, and that is the point. A personal Telegram account connects by QR or phone code, a bot by its token from BotFather.
